Data we process

The public website has no accounts, newsletter, ordering process or contact form. If you contact us by email or telephone, we may process your name, contact details, message, attachments and subsequent correspondence.

The web server and hosting provider may also process technical logs such as your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser information and errors. These data are used to keep the website available and secure and to investigate technical problems.

Purposes and legal bases

We use contact details and correspondence to answer your question, prepare or perform agreements, and maintain the business relationship. Depending on the situation, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or pursue our legitimate interests in effective communication and security.

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention, recipients and transfers

Only Duckbilliant and service providers needed for email, hosting, technical management, backup or security may receive data. Your privacy rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent previously given. Not every right applies in every situation.

Cookies and local preferences

The current public website code does not place tracking, marketing or analytics cookies. The accessibility controls store three functional preferences only in your browser’s local storage: grayscale, a light background and underlined links.

These preferences remain on your device until you use “Reset” or remove them through your browser settings. They are not sent to Duckbilliant. If analytics, external embeds or other non-essential storage are added later, this information will be updated before activation and prior consent will be requested where required.

Services and agreements

You cannot place an order, pay or create an account through this website. Engagements are formed through personal contact and a separate quotation or agreement. Any applicable terms are provided as part of that process.
